Susan Ma, the creator of Tropic Skincare did not want to take the high street route to market because she would have to compete with the bigger brands. Looking for people to work with her on a commission only basis, she needed to create marketing collateral to support their sales activities.
We were commissioned to create the photography used in these materials, displaying each product at its best by using a specially designed lighting system.
After spending a whole day with the brand’s head of marketing, we worked to establish an approach that effortlessly reflects the personality of the company. An entire process was generated as part of a bespoke service where we communicate changes and work on finer details using FaceTime.
The brand has now launched online using a web-based catalogue. The business is now rapidly growing and performing well, and we are delighted to be part of their success.
